Get Started Personal Training

Choose Your Package

Choose a session package that fits with your schedule and finances. Consistency is what separates successful training and being stuck. That part is in your control! 

Schedule your session(s)

Once you've completed the questionnaire, we'll reach out to you! The first session will primarily serve as an assessment, looking at your movement patterns, mobility, limitations and baseline exercise capabilities.

Fill out our Personal Training Questionnaire to give us an initial understanding of  your experience, goals, limitations, etc. This helps us ro make a recommendation for next steps and ro design the most effective training plan from the startOnce submitted, we will reach out to you for next steps!

Make Progress & Enjoy the Process

You get one on one sessions with a professional trainer dedicated to, well... you. It can be hard to even know what to be looking for in a high quality personal trainer, let alone find one that works for you that is worth the investment it requires. That's why we'll never try to oversell you or put pressure on you to sign-up for more than you really need. Instead, we meet you where you're currently at to learn about you and what you're looking to get out of training. Whether that's brand new to fitness and you're feeling anxious about starting or you've been at it for years and you're looking for some extra guidance and attention to the finer details of your movement. From there we build out a plan custom to you and every session give you effective instruction and feedback thats easy to understand. Consistency in training is key, but we know things come up in life and it's important to us to be flexible for you to fit your sessions in. We input, adjust and track everything from every session -  all you need to do is show up consistently, ready to learn, and put in the effort.

Simple, Functional, and Effective

 Any trainer can put you through a challenging series of exercises that make you sweat and work hard.  While there's nothing wrong with that, it takes special experience and coaching skills to teach you to move better and make progress using simple & highly functional exercises, while making it very straightforward to understand. Teaching and ensuring you maintain high quality movement patterns in any exercise you preform is very much at the core of our training principles. So we won't have you doing all kinds of complex exercises you couldn't potentially do on your own, and you definitely aren't going to be getting access to some sort of "secret method"... rather just extremely high quality instruction and a plan that simply works.

​Professional, Personal and Relatable

It is personal training after all... We take personal training very seriously and always treat everyone that we train as a professional who is hiring us as another professional. There is more to the relationship than that, though. Just because we take it seriously doesn't mean it has to feel serious or rigid. Such an important part of the success in a good training program is that you get some form of enjoyment from it. We're here to train you, yes, but that doesn't mean we can't also have fun with it! 

Flexible and Adaptive to your Schedule

Whether your schedule is consistent or not, we can always work with you to make exercise a priority and fit your training sessions in. If you're worried about not being able to train a bunch of days every week, that's okay! Some is better than none, and its almost always better to start smaller and increase the frequency rather than overdo it with too much too soon. There's always the opportunity to increase the number of training days once you get comfortable with the pattern.

Continuing Education for Your Toolbox

Our ultimate goal would be to teach you enough through personal training to give you the freedom and confidence to not need personal training, rather than keep you relying on us by only telling you what to do. Everyone is different in their skill and experience so we make sure to find the right balance of providing supportive instruction and
